Good morning Bobcats. Today is Friday, January 29, 2021.

 

In honor of Literacy Week, January 25-29, Mrs. McKelvy and Ms. Kennedy’s classes want to share some of their favorite books with you. If you hear about one you’d like to read, visit the Media Center or ask your English Teacher for help.

The Visual and Performing Arts Dance Department will be having auditions in room 2-119 today from 6:30-8:30PM.

During the audition Candidates will participate in two different style classes. Please wear your mask, dance wear and shoes if you have them, or athletic wear and bring a pair of socks and a water bottle. Drop off and pick up will be by the bike racks in the teacher parking lot. Only auditionees will be allowed in the room. Additions questions please see Mrs. Slay or Mrs. Nelson.

Congratulations to our girls JV soccer team for their victory in the championship game at the Ram Bowl Tournament. Our Lady Bobcats defeated Riverview 5-0 to claim their sixth crown at the Ram Bowl and their fourth in a row. Leading the Bobcats to victory were Danielle Van Deusen with four goals and Ashly Cedres with one.

Attention current sophomores and juniors! Are you interested in Sun Coast Technical College (STC)? If so are, make sure you don’t miss you the presentation in your world history class today. If you missed it or don’t have a world history period, please log into the “guidance department-NPHS” page on Blackboard to view the PowerPoint and  application requirements. Applications are available in guidance before school during lunch and after school only. If you have questions please first check the guidance blackboard page. Applications are due Friday, February 12 to Ms. Rutherford.
