Seniors!
Please join us on Saturday, May 8th from 7-10 pm at the Venice Community Center for our STARRY NIGHT SENIOR FORMAL This event will include mocktails, a catered dinner, dessert, music and raffle drawings.
Tickets are now on sale!
To purchase a ticket from Mrs. Thomas BEFORE OR AFTER SCHOOL ONLY you will need:
- Exactly $50 cash, a check or credit/debit card (price reduced as of 4/28 – if you paid $65 you will be receiving a refund!)
- Signed contract is available at the front desk, in room 4-113 or on blackboard
- Don’t forget your student ID
Thank you Mr. Johnson for your donation, allowing us to lower the price to $50 per ticket!
In order to attend
- All fees must be paid
- You must have at least a 2.0 GPA
- No more than 15 unexcused absences
- Guests are not permitted.
- Masks are required.
- Temperature check is required prior to entry into event.
Seniors, you can also submit photos for the Senior Slide show, now through April 30. You, family, and friends can use the Access Code SENIORS on yearbookforever.com to submit as many photos as you want.

Photography Club will meet on Friday after school in Mr. Mannino’s room 8-204 to plan activities for the rest of the year and set goals for next school year. Anyone interested is welcome to attend!

Juniors who took the SAT last month, scores are available on ACT.org before the school receives the official report. You will have to create an account on ACT.org. Make sure to choose “I’m new!” when setting up your account, and you will be able to see your scores as soon as they come in. Ask any English teacher or Guidance Counselor if you need assistance.

This Sunday is Publix Family Fun Day at Price Crossing. Volunteers are needed. See Mrs. Thiel. HomeGoods in Port Charlotte is hiring. STC is accepting applications for their Electrician training program. Classes start June 15. See Mrs. Thiel in the SSC for help applying to any job or training.
Senior members of National Honor Society have until Monday, May 3rd to place orders for graduation goodies. Please visit either the school store or see Ms. Williamson in person. Each member will receive a free National Honor Society tassel, but the order form must be submitted prior to Monday May 3.
