    Block Party

At 4 pm on October 6, 2021, there was a block party on the North Port High School track. It was free to get in, the tickets cost 1 dollar for 4 tickets, and they will be used to buy food and play games. Rist bands were 10 dollars for unlimited inflatables. Freshman oversaw the dunk tank; Sophomores are helping with the whole thing. Junior is hosting the bake sale and the Seniors are taking care of the drinks.

The bake sale sold assorted baked goods. From brownies to cookies to even doughnuts and loaf cakes. They sold them for 4 tickets each! Malainey P’s favorite part of spirit week so far was the lip sync battle. “Lip sync battle one hundred percent.”

The True Colors station was all about our colors! They sold spirit beads all sorts of colors and bandannas. They sold each spirit necklace for 3 tickets and bandannas for 3 tickets. Kassity Snapp’s favorite part of spirit week so far was pep rally. “The dance at the pep rally was so fun!”

The Hosa Station was all about health! You can play Organ Toss if you get 2 organs in the hole you win a bracelet. They also had syringe pens for sale and drinks in blood bags! This health club participates in competitions, and all is health related.

Merissa B’s favorite part of spirit week so far was also the pep rally! “The pep rally was really exiting yeah, that was definitely my favorite part of this week”
