Good morning, Bobcats! Today is Tuesday, March 22, 2022. 

Welcome back and welcome to Quarter 4! Keep showing your Bobcat PRIDE every day. Do you have your school ID badge visible right now? We hope so! If you are wearing it, thank you! 

Seniors – if you did NOT have a senior Cap & Gown photo taken by Cady Studios in the fall, we will be taking pictures next week which will be used in the graduation ceremony. Stay tuned to the Bobcat News or the Class of 2022 Blackboard page for more details as they become available.

We have some clubs news for you. 

Crypto Club is cancelled for this week. There will not be a meeting on Thursday, March 24. 

Two other clubs will be meeting on March 24, though! You can go to Poetry Club with Ms. Kennedy on Thursday in room 8-114, or you can go to True Colors GSA on Thursday with me in Room 7-209. 

Rising juniors, as you pick your courses this week, remember that we are looking for future journalists to do this job and many other important jobs. Consider signing up for Journalism class! Please use the QR code to complete the short application so we can place you correctly. Sophomores who do not have a World History class, please ask a teacher about your date and time for scheduling. 

Now, the best news! Spirit Week is coming up NEXT WEEK and it will be a fun one! Just remember, be positive and represent your class in a positive way! Paint, toy weapons, masks, and bandanas are prohibited items. Be creative! 

Starting Monday is boujee vs biker dress up in designer clothes or dress like a biker your choice you choose   

for Tuesday it will be hero vs villain dress up as a hero or a villain but remember there are rules like no mask no toy weapons but have fun 

for Wednesday it will be class color day!!! Connect with your classmates and represent your colors: 12 grades will be red juniors’ orange and sophomores green, and freshmen are yellow have fun representing your colors. No paint is allowed. 

for Thursday it’s country club or country be fancy with some nice clothes or throw it back to the wild west with flannel and boots. 

And of course on Friday, represent north port high with some bobcat pride have our school colors with navy,silver,white and Carolina blue. 

There are also limited spots available for both players and cheerleaders for the Powder Puff Football tournament on April 8. See Mrs. Hamer in 7-115 or your class Blackboard page.
