Anna Aviles, Editor

Anna Aviles is a junior nearing her third year of being in journalism class, with a year of experience of being a yearbook editor under her belt. Although she focuses her time on AICE classes and schoolwork, being a part of the journalism class is an opportunity to help broaden her skills and work in different areas of writing and designing. At first, Anna joined the journalism class to strengthen and improve her writing skills; however, over time, Anna found enjoyment in creating different designs for things including advertisements, t-shirt designs, and yearbook layouts. Being able to participate in a big role of designing layouts for the yearbook is an honor for Anna and she strives to improve her skills with the opportunity that the title of a “yearbook editor” has given her.
