Chloe Halbert is a freshman in Journalism I. She loves to write and is writing part of the NPHS newsletter. Her favorite things to do are hang out with her friends and play with her cat. She lives with her mom, dad, and sister. Her family also has two dogs (Bill & Toby) and three cats (Rey, Newt, & Thea).
